We absolutely LOVE these events!! We’ll be teaching a variety of ways to unlock new ranges of motion — and then KEEP those ranges locked in with this mobility flow??
Often times, athletes get stuck constantly stretching with little temporary improvements. Many times this is because we actually need to train strength and control at these end ranges to lock in true mobility changes. That's exactly what we will be addressing with this Mobility Clinic!
