Fogón and Lions serves inventive food and drinks grounded in the culinary traditions of Spain, Central and South America, and the Caribbean. At the heart of Fogón and Lions is their open cooking space and namesake fogón—a traditional wood-burning kitchen—where their chefs create bold flavors over an open flame.
